We use our own network of delivery and shipping services for most shipping and delivery needs. We do not use common carriers unless requested by the customer. Our drivers are insured and are trained to handle our custom pieces for your home.

Our shipping rates are determined by zip code and added in at checkout. If you have a question about prices you are more than welcome to call or email us and we will be glad to get you a quote based on any other factors you may wish to have considered. All of our shipping quotes are per individual piece and are not subject to a discount.

For raw furniture, please allow 4 to 6 weeks for painting and delivery. We will contact you with shipping updates once your item(s) are picked up by the driver. You will be given an estimated date and time window for delivery. After pickup, your time and date will be based on how far from us you are.
Please have someone, whether family, friend or neighbor, available on the date and time of delivery to meet our drivers. Our delivery drivers require assistance when unloading your items unless you have paid for white glove delivery. ALL DELIVERIES ARE FIRST FLOOR ONLY. If meeting the driver is not possible, please try to have a safe spot, away from the elements as much as possible, in which to put the furniture.

“White Glove Delivery”: If you or a family member are unable to assist the delivery driver for any reason, please call and request “White Glove Delivery“. We will send two men to unload the items and place them in the home FIRST FLOOR ONLY. White glove costs double our standard rate.

Remember sitting outside in heat or other adverse weather conditions can be harmful to furniture. If you are unable for any reason to meet our drivers or have a safe spot, they are able to reschedule until a later date for another delivery fee. Please make note of any special instructions prior to delivery.
